We took the plunge right after our beach vacation and moved Anna out of her room with the boys, and into the room with Lucy. We knew it was on the list of things to do sometime this summer, and they did so well with room sharing at the beach that we just jumped right in. The three older kids are currently enjoying time with Ninny & Grandy while Marshall and I are busy here working on (surprise!) room redecorating. I wanted to go ahead and post some "before" pictures of how the rooms looked right before we moved the girls together. Lots of things have changed since these pictures were taken but you will have to wait the final product (it's not even finished yet)!
Lucy's room is essentially the same as it has been since she was born, only with a mattress and box springs on the floor instead of a crib.
The "dormitory" hasn't really changed either. Just some personal stuff has been added along the way (like those fleece blankets I made for the kids that don't match anything but they all insist on sleeping with every night).

This is just a post to record what their bedrooms looked like so that I can go back one day and see that they were actually neat at one point! Stay tuned for the new rooms ......
